Evening Workshops

Come enjoy a few hours with us while we talk about, and eat, many of the items available at the store - and some that aren’t!

The schedule

Below you’ll find outlines for a few of the courses we offer. These all take place during the evening in the store. There is a 15 person maximum for each class to ensure that we have enough food and time to spend with everyone during the approximate 3 hr duration. You can also book these all for a night at your house! Dates and pricing vary and are listed below. All reservations can be booked in person or over the phone (410-571-3060).

Entertaining in the Summer

We will make 4 standout vegetable dishes that will not get old, talk about how to make chicken stand out at the picnic table, and look at a couple summer sauces that pack a big punch will very little effort. $85

The cost this workshop includes drinks and snacks! This class will be offered Thursday June 18, 2026 @ 7:30

Cooking fish

In this workshop we’ll explore cooking techniques for 4 fish: Ora salmon, halibut, red snapper, and swordfish. We cook, and eat each fish two ways and talk about some easy steps to take to ensure your fish is delicious every time.

Because this workshop is in demand it will be offered Wednesday June 24, 7:30pm- 9:30pm. Drinks and snacks included. $85

Father’s Day Steak workshop

This time around we will cook and discuss a family of steaks that is great for grilling and sharing; it includes the skirt, flank, bavette, and flat-iron cuts. We’ll identify all of them and talk about how they are all similar, and how they are different. These difference will inform how we cook and eat them! $80 pp

This course includes other snacks to compliment the steaks and theme, and drinks. This course will be offered on two days on either side of Father’s Day weekend: June 17, and again June 25, at 7:30pm
