Holiday Ordering

Holiday ordering begins October 1. We’ll start taking orders for Thanksgiving first. Ordering for all December holidays and events after Dec 12 starts the Wed after Thanksgiving (Dec 3).

This Thanksgiving is our tenth year of offering our delicious brined turkeys and capons, in house brined hams (we also to Maryland stuffed ham). There is a menu listed below. Turkeys start around 14 lbs and we take orders in 3 lb increments (14-16, 17-19, 20-22, 23+) NOTE: I STOP TAKING TURKEY ORDERS AT 50.

  • In house brined Turkey

  • foie stuffed quail

  • stuffed pork loin

  • prime rib, whole tenderlion, hangers, etc

  • sausage and herb stuffing

  • Stone crab claws and fish (Oro salmon)

  • gravy

  • charcuterie

    • smoked sausages, pate, rillettes, culatello, bresaola, foie gras, and more

  • In house brines ham

    • MD stuffed + $3/lb

    • Smoked + $2/lb
